Supplying your file

File Type and quality
All files must be supplied as a high resolution PDF. Please ensure your documents are supplied in CMYK mode; any files supplied in RGB format will be converted at the machine and may differ from how they look on your screen. We recommend setting your resolution to 300dpi on all files.

Size
Set up your documents to the correct size as indicated on the downloadable template for each product.

Check your Spelling
We DON’T check for spelling and/or typographic errors on your files. Please ensure your files are thoroughly proof read before supplying them for print.

Don’t forget the bleed!
Please allow 3mm on all artwork with graphics extending to the edge.

Bleed is a printing term that refers to printing that goes beyond the edge of the sheet before trimming. In other words, the bleed is the area to be trimmed off. The bleed is the part on the side of a document that gives the printer a small amount of space to account for movement of the paper and design inconsistencies. Artwork and background colours should extend into the bleed area. After trimming, the bleed ensures that no unprinted edges occur in the final trimmed document.
