In the event that you have a change of mind, or an error on your supplied file; due to your prints being custom made to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. We recommend you thoroughly check your file and all details before placing your order.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at print@corprint.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
