Shipping policy

Please note all prints are made to order, therefore there is a processing time of 1-3 days from placement of order to delivery. (excluding weekends and holidays) You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that due to the complexity of the production process, there is a 2 week turn around for our promotional products. 

In the event that there are potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, we will get in contact with you and advise there will be a delay on your order.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.



Pickup
You may select the pickup option on your order. Please allow a processing time of 1-3 working days for your order to be complete. We will send an email to confirm when your order is ready for collection.

Carrier
All orders are dispatched through NZ couriers. If you have special delivery instructions, please advise at the checkout process and we will ensure this is included on your package.
Once a tracking number has been allocated to your package for dispatch, an email with your tracking link will be sent.

Shipping Times
Packages should generally arrive within 1-2 business days from date of dispatch.
Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries.
